Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal said, “I have left the Aam Aadmi Party and have joined the BJP. I was working with Arvind Kejriwal since 2006, left my house, left my job, lived in slums for 7 years and supported him in every movement but Arvind Kejriwal got me beaten by a goon in his own house. When I raised my voice against this, I was intimidated and threatened… Due to this, in 2 years I have not been given a chance to speak in the Parliament even once. Arvind Kejriwal is known for lies, corruption and hooliganism in the country and he has made Punjab his personal ATM… Sand mining, drug use is at its peak in Punjab, everything is happening under his influence… I believe that Prime Minister Modi is the most popular leader not only in the country but in the world. Be it completely eliminating Naxalism from the country, or bringing the Women’s Reservation Bill in Parliament, I am not joining BJP out of any compulsion, I am joining BJP because I wholeheartedly believe in the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.
