The first mistake in this is drinking tea on an empty stomach. Even today, most Indians start their morning with a cup of tea with milk. This may cause acidity.
late night meal
Indian people have also adopted western culture to a great extent. Due to work, many people have to stay awake at night, while some people do activities like late night parties, hanging out with friends and because of this, they eat food late at night every day. Even if you go out between 12-1 am at night, you will find a crowd at the food stalls. Eating late at night does not digest the food properly and may result in acidity in the morning.

cold water after meals
When we eat food, Jatharagni is produced which helps in digesting the food, but in summers, most of the Indians drink cold water while eating or immediately after eating. Due to this the fire slows down and digestion becomes slow. Due to this, problems like gas and bloating may occur.

Even today, there are very few Indians who take a walk after eating food. Lying down immediately after eating causes acid reflux, which leads to sour belching and heartburn.

I am a lover of Indian tea. Apart from this, people also drink many cups of coffee while working in the office. In our country, tea is consumed along with gossip and evening snacks, but this habit increases the heat in the stomach and can trigger the problem of heartburn.

To avoid acidity, the above mentioned mistakes should be avoided. Apart from this, if sometimes heavy food causes acidity or bloating, then chewing fennel and drinking its tea provides relief. Apart from this, drinking lukewarm water mixed with roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, roasted celery powder also provides relief from bloating, but take it in limited quantity only. In case of gas problem, chewing celery with a pinch of black salt provides relief. If you are facing the problem of nausea, you should suck a small piece of ginger.
