Virat Kohli, IND vs AFG: There is a big update regarding Virat Kohli. He has been ruled out of the ODI series against Afghanistan. The reason for Virat Kohli’s absence is injury. PTI has given this news quoting BCCI sources. It was reported in the report that Virat Kohli has suffered a hamstring injury, due to which he will not be seen playing in the ODI series against Afghanistan. However, an official statement in this regard is yet to come.
Selection in the team on 19th May, out on 4th June!
Team India was announced on May 19 for the series against Afghanistan, in which Virat Kohli along with Rohit Sharma was also selected in the ODI team. But according to PTI report, Virat Kohli will no longer be seen playing against Afghanistan. Sources associated with BCCI told PTI that he will not play in the series due to hamstring injury.

The 3 ODI series between India and Afghanistan is to start from June 13. The first ODI will be played in Dharamshala. The second ODI will be played on June 17 in Lucknow. Whereas on June 20, both the teams will play the third ODI on the Chennai ground.
