Rasam is a great dish for summer afternoons. Which tastes amazing with hot rice and takes hardly 10 minutes to prepare. For this, wash the tomatoes, cut them, add some tamarind pulp, turmeric and salt and a little water and let them melt for some time. Till then, grind cumin, black pepper, garlic and ginger coarsely on a mortar and pestle. Now take out all the tomatoes and either grind them or cool them and mash them with your hands. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida. Fry the crushed spices in it and then add cooked tomatoes. Add water and boil well. (Image:sug.and.hi_goodliving/insta)
