Flash flood has caused huge devastation after the cloud burst incident in Possa village of Potin, Arunachal Pradesh. Heavy rains and sudden surges of water have caused serious damage to homes, roads and infrastructure in many areas. The strong flow of water is engulfing the entire area and people are facing immense difficulties. Local administration and relief teams are monitoring the situation and relief and rescue operations have been started in the affected areas.
