Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated as the chief guest in the “Prosperous MSME-Developed Madhya Pradesh” program organized at Kushabhau Thackeray Auditorium, Bhopal on June 14. He started the program by lighting the lamp. On this occasion, he provided an amount of Rs 360 crore to 900 MSME units with a single click. He also distributed letters of intent for allotment of land to entrepreneurs. In the program, checks of assistance amount were handed over to entrepreneurs under Madhya Pradesh Startup Policy and checks of loan amount were given to the beneficiaries of Chief Minister Udyam Kranti Yojana.

• In the program, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is emerging as a distinct economic power in the world. We all will take bath in Amrit under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi through Simhastha in Ujjain. When he did not get land to set up an industry in the then West Bengal government, he turned to Gujarat. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav interacted with the entrepreneurs and assured full support for setting up new industries in the state. He said that keeping in mind the developed India, the Madhya Pradesh government has set a target of one crore registered MSME units by the year 2047. This will create new employment opportunities for more than 2 crore people in the state.

• The government is continuously encouraging the youth. CM Dr. Yadav told the media that the Madhya Pradesh government is continuously encouraging its young entrepreneurs. More than 1.25 crore people are getting employment in the state through MSME units. Our government has already given a bill of about Rs 4.4 crore to MSME units till March 2026. This is the biggest achievement of the government in two and a half years. We are working with these units with commitment to strengthen the state economically. Our state is progressing fastest in the industrial sector. In the Krishi Kalyan year, we have also made many schemes for food-processing units. I hope everyone will take advantage of this too.
• The government is standing with the entrepreneurs every moment. Principal Secretary, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department, Raghavendra Singh said that there are 5 lakh 26 thousand manufacturing units in the state, in which there is an investment of Rs 42 thousand 700 crore. About 44 lakh people are getting employment directly and indirectly from this. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Madhya Pradesh government has implemented industry-friendly MSME policy. In the last two and a half years, an amount of Rs 3 thousand 723 crore has been given to 6 thousand 136 SSME entrepreneurs in the state as investment assistance. In the previous two and a half years, only an amount of Rs 1245 crore was provided. Till now, three times more amount has been given to entrepreneurs as industry incentive. The state government has paid all the dues till March 31, 2026. He said that today an amount of Rs 360 crore has been given to 900 MSME units through a single click. There are currently 181 industrial areas operating in the state. The new industrial policy of the state is fast, transparent and industry friendly. More than 1000 plots have been allotted to entrepreneurs in the last one year. 44 new industrial areas and clusters are proposed in the state.

State President of Laghu Udyog Bharti Rajesh Mishra said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has given a fast pace to industrial development in the state in the last two and a half years. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Laghu Udyog Bharti is making efforts to bring investment from different states of the country to Madhya Pradesh.
