Raipur. A special motivational session was organized under ‘Youth Fest-2026’ organized in Raipur. Senior journalist of the country Saurabh Dwivedi participated as the keynote speaker in this session. He inspired the youth, especially students and women, to move forward by focusing on the values of life.
Various activities organized in two day youth fest
This program was organized in the Government Post Graduate College campus of the district on 24 and 25 April. Many creative and informative activities took place during this period. These included cultural programs, folk dances, startup and education-related workshops, skill development sessions, food stalls and art-culture exhibitions. The youth got a platform to showcase their talent. The presentation of “Daira Band (Jaadu Bastar)” on the last day made the atmosphere even more colorful and enthralled the audience.
Continuous learning and positive thinking are necessary for success.
In his address, Saurabh Dwivedi said that in the changing times it is very important to keep learning continuously and keep oneself updated. He advised the youth to maintain positive thinking. Emphasizing the importance of mental and physical health, he said that it is very important to adopt a balanced lifestyle in the era of competition.
Give priority to family and self-confidence
He advised the youth not to be influenced by unnecessary criticisms and misleading talk from the outside world. Listen to your heart and give importance to the advice of your family. He said that family is the biggest support of a person, hence it is the responsibility of every youth to respect and take care of parents, sisters and family members.
Important role of women in developed India
Talking about the role of women, he said that the contribution of mothers and sisters is very important in building a ‘developed India’. When women participate in household responsibilities as well as social and economic activities, the progress of the country accelerates. She advised women to take care of their health while maintaining a balance between home and work.
Appeal to be cautious of misleading information
Saurabh Dwivedi advised youth, women and children to avoid unnecessary advertisements and misleading publicity. He said that only decisions taken with correct information, awareness and wisdom empower a person. He called upon everyone to learn something new every day and continuously improve their skills.
There was huge participation from public representatives and students
Mayor Mr. Ramu Rohra, Collector Mr. Abinash Mishra, DFO Mr. Krishna Jadhav and college principal Mr. Vinod Pathak were present in this program. Apart from this, teachers from various colleges, distinguished citizens, media representatives and a large number of students also participated.

At the end of the program, Mayor Ramu Rohra honored the winners of various competitions by giving them trophies and citations.
