This year too, the girl students performed brilliantly and left the boys behind. According to the data released by the board, the pass percentage of girls was recorded at 88.86%, while the result of boys was 82.13%. That means girl students have performed 6.73 percent better than boys.

A total of 17,80,365 students had registered for CBSE 12th Board Exam 2026. Of these, 17,68,968 students appeared in the examination and 15,07,109 students were declared successful.
