A shocking incident has come to light in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, where a young man posing as a fake IPS was threatening a female inspector, who was arrested by the police. The accused youth is a BBA student.
The victim woman sub-inspector had lodged an FIR against the threat at Kakori police station. In her complaint, the female sub-inspector had told the police that the accused student was harassing her through calls and messages. The victim woman sub-inspector had lodged an FIR in a case, after which the young man, posing as an IPS, was pressurizing the woman sub-inspector to compromise and was also threatening to suspend her from the job.
Abhishek used to call himself IG Patna and SP City
The victim woman sub-inspector is posted in Prayagraj district. After receiving the complaint, the police started action and put the number from which the accused was calling and messaging, on surveillance and then traced him. After this, Kakori police arrested the youth, who has been identified as 21-year-old Abhishek Upadhyay, who is a resident of Jaunpur. Abhishek was threatening the female inspector by calling himself IG Patna and SP City Prayagraj.
Female inspector had accused father-in-law and husband of rape
It is being told that the female inspector had accused her father-in-law of rape and her husband of forcibly having sex. A case was filed alleging firing on protesting. In this case, Abhishek called the female sub-inspector and introduced himself as an IPS officer and put pressure on a settlement in the case by threatening suspension. Regarding this entire matter, Inspector Kakori Satish Chandra Rathore said that the female sub-inspector had filed a case in the Para police station accusing her father-in-law, a retired sub-inspector, of rape, attempting to kill her by giving poison, and forcibly having sex with her husband and firing from a licensed weapon with the intention of killing her. The retired inspector father-in-law had also filed a case against the female inspector.
Abhishek Upadhyay was pressurizing to settle the matter
Kakori Police is investigating the protest by the farmers union in favor of the female inspector. The female inspector alleges that Abhishek Upadhyay called posing as SP City Prayagraj and IG Patna. Pressured the opponents to reach a settlement in the case. Threatened to be suspended from job if reconciliation is not done. While tracing his mobile phone, the surveillance team arrested Abhishek Upadhyay, resident of Kunwarpur of Machhilishahr police station of Jaunpur, from RJD Lawn Bhaisoara of BBD police station area.
