Just before Bakrid in Bangladesh, two buffaloes are making a lot of headlines on social media. The reason for their discussion is their strange names. The name of one of these is ‘Donald Trump’, which has become very famous. According to the report of ‘The Business Standard’, it is an albino i.e. white colored buffalo, whose weight is about 700 kg. It is on a farm in Paikpara area of Narayanganj. It has golden colored hair on its head, seeing which people on social media are saying that it looks exactly like the American President.
Farm owner Ziauddin Mrida said that he had bought it from a cattle market in Rajshahi 10 months ago. He said, ‘Seeing the hair on his head, my younger brother jokingly named him Donald Trump.’ Ziauddin also said, ‘He is of very calm nature. Albino buffaloes are generally peaceful and unless someone disturbs them, they do not attack. He also clarified that this buffalo has already been sold.

A woman told Bangladeshi newspaper ‘Prothom Alo’ that she decided to visit after seeing pictures on Facebook. He said, ‘His face and hairstyle are exactly like Trump. But the biggest difference is that this buffalo is very calm and gentle. People who had come just to console themselves after watching the news and video also told the local media that it really looks like Trump. According to Soil, albino buffaloes are rarely found in South Asia. Its body is so big and healthy because of its nutritious diet like corn, soybean and bran.
