A mother saved 2 children from a train in Bihar. When the train came while crossing the tracks, she lay down on the children as a shield. The train passed overhead, injuring the mother but all 5 people survived safely.
A mother risked her life to save her two children. A high-speed train passed over them, but the mother did not allow the children to be even scratched. This surprising case is from Samastipur district of Bihar. A viral video of this is going viral on social media. It is seen in the video that two women and two children are trapped on the tracks near Malhera and a train is coming from the front.
This incident happened on 15th May. Three women and two children were crossing the tracks directly instead of the foot overbridge built nearby. Then suddenly a high speed train arrived. Those people had no time at all to escape.
In a last ditch effort to save their lives, these people lay down in ‘Malhara’, the narrow space between the platform and the track. People standing nearby were shouting in fear. Meanwhile, a mother immediately pulled her two children under herself and became their shield. After this the entire train passed over them.
This horrifying scene has been captured in this video which is now going viral. It is seen that the women are lying in that tight space and the train is passing fast. Due to the speed of the train, the woman is repeatedly shaking and also colliding with the train. For a moment it seemed that she would be pulled along with the train, but another woman lying nearby held her steady.

Just seconds after the train passed, bystanders rushed to help the women and children. According to reports, the mother suffered injuries in the incident, but all five people survived safely.
