Vata Skin Care
The skin of people with Vata dosha is dry and along with it, roughness and thinness also appear. Fine lines and dryness start appearing quickly in this type of skin. To clean it, you should choose cream best or hydrating cleanser. Too much foaming face wash will dry out your skin even more. If you want, you can use cleanser containing milk, aloe vera and honey as a home remedy. You should apply a rich moisturizer containing hyaluronic acid, glycerin, shea butter, almond oil. You can also use oil on your face at night so that the skin remains moisturized.
Pitta Skin Care
People with Pitta Dosha have a medium sized body and suffer from acidity. The skin of such people is sensitive, hot and turns red quickly. You should use gel or gentle face cleanser. You can use soothing ingredients like neem, cucumber, rose, aloe vera in it. Avoid applying harsh scrubs and more active products. Use a lightweight fragrance-free moisturizer. You can also use products containing aloe vera gel and green tea extract.

Kapha Skin Care
People with Kapha dosha have a heavy body and the problem of phlegm persists along with laziness. You should choose foaming or gel based face wash as it removes excess oil from the face. Also, clean your face twice a day using a cleanser containing salicylic acid, tea tree or neem.
