In summer, due to sweating, dust and pollution particles accumulate on the skin. Due to this, fungus and bacteria start growing. These cause rashes, infections and itching on the skin. To avoid these skin problems in this season, one should always wear clothes made of such fabric which absorbs sweat along with keeping the body cool. Synthetic fabrics like nylon and polyester stick to the skin. Due to this, the skin is unable to breathe and itching and rashes start occurring. Keep skin dry for protection. Take care of daily hygiene. Apart from this, if there is itching and rash on the skin, then know what to apply.
Coconut oil is considered very good for your skin in summer. Even if you apply it directly on the skin, it provides relief from itching, because it gives moisture to the skin and antibacterial properties are also found in it. So let us know with what to apply coconut oil to get rid of itching.
Mix this thing in coconut oil
Jaipur’s Ayurveda expert Dr. Kiran Gupta says that if there is dry itching on the skin or fine rashes have appeared, then applying camphor mixed with coconut oil is beneficial. Actually, coconut oil has moisturizing properties while camphor is antibacterial, hence the combination of these two things is effective in reducing dry itching and pimples of your skin. This also provides relief from irritation on the skin.
Prepare the recipe like this
Take coconut oil in a bowl, grind a little camphor in it and mix it well until it dissolves. If you want, you can also heat the oil lightly until the camphor melts. After this you can apply it on the entire body, but first clean the skin thoroughly. Do not apply the mixture of camphor and coconut oil for more than 30 to 40 minutes.

How often to apply the mixture
The mixture of coconut oil and camphor gives results in one go, but to get complete relief from itching, apply this mixture two to three times a week. Apart from this, keep in mind that camphor should be pure, because a lot of adulteration has started coming in camphor. While buying camphor, check its fragrance and also see that it is slightly transparent and breaks easily.
