Released under the banner of Sony Music India, the song reunites the famous singer with Vishesh films. The song comes just less than a month before the film’s worldwide theatrical release on August 14, 2026.

This newly launched track brings together a great creative team, led by composer Amaal Malik, while the lyrics are penned by lyricist duo Rashmi Virag. The original ‘Awarapan’ directed by Mohit Suri was released on June 29, 2007. The film, starring Emraan Hashmi and Shriya Saran, did not perform well at the box office at the time of its release, but gradually gained a strong cult following among fans. Its music, especially tracks like ‘To Phir Aao’, remain popular today and are played in cars, parties and playlists even years later.
