Speaking to ANI, Swapnil Borge said his child was born at around 10 am on Monday and was taken to the hospital’s upper floor shortly after the admission formalities were completed. He said the newborn was placed in the NICU, where babies were kept in glass enclosures.
Borge said his wife was admitted on a different floor while the newborn remained in the NICU. He recalled that the family was later asked to leave the hospital premises and sleep outside.
