The casting details of Allu Arjun-starrer “Raaka” have been the subject of considerable speculation, with the makers yet to officially announce the cast beyond Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone.
Several reports have claimed that Janhvi Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur and Rashmika Mandanna are also part of the mega movie. However, the production house has not issued any official confirmation regarding their involvement. None of the actresses has publicly denied the reports either.
Now, actress Aishwarya Lekshmi has put an end to speculation about her own involvement in the film. She has clarified that she is not part of “Raaka” in any capacity.
Responding to the reports with a touch of humour, Aishwarya Lekshmi said, “Somebody please cast me in the film.”
Aishwarya Lekshmi, who has appeared in the “Ponniyin Selvan” films and several other Tamil movies, is set to make her Telugu debut in the upcoming film “Sambarala Yeti Gattu”, which is slated for release in 2027.
