Relations between Germany and America deteriorated due to Hitler

The situation in Iran could not remain balanced for long. In the year 1941, Britain and the Soviet Union together attacked Iran. They feared that Iran might come under the influence of Germany. Britain and Soviet forces captured Iran. Raza Shah had to step down. His son Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was made the new ruler. After this Iran came under the control of the Allies. He turned away from Germany. Iran was used as a supply route through which weapons and goods were delivered to the Soviet Union. After this incident it becomes even more difficult to say that Iran was a close friend of Germany. His relationship was limited and based on circumstances.
Who were Germany’s real allies?
If we look at history correctly, Germany had Italy and Japan as its real and strong allies. Italy was ruled by Mussolini and Japan was ruled by the Kingdom. In this way, along with Germany, these two countries mainly participated in the war. There were military agreements between them. They supported each other openly. Pact of Steel was signed between Italy and Germany in 1939. Japan also became a part of this alliance. The goal of these countries was to increase their dominance in the world. Apart from this, some other countries were also with Germany, like Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria, but their role was limited.
In this way, on the basis of history, it can be clearly said that America was not a friend of Germany. He became his main enemy in the war. Iran had some economic and cultural ties to Germany, but it was not a strong or lasting friendship. Germany’s real and closest allies were Italy and Japan. Therefore, if the question is asked who was Germany’s closest friend during Hitler’s era, then the correct answer would be Italy and Japan, not Iran or America. History also proves that international relations are always changing. They depend on time, circumstances and interests. The same thing happened during Hitler’s era also.
