Bhagoria Festival 2026: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to the people of the state, especially the tribal community, on the occasion of Bhagoria festival. He said that the Madhya Pradesh government has decided to celebrate Bhagoria Utsav as a state festival. This decision reflects the government’s commitment towards preserving and respecting tribal culture. The Chief Minister said that the Bhagoriya festival that comes before Holi has special significance in itself. This festival is a living recognition of the cultural diversity and tribal traditions of the state. This year, Bhagoriya festival is being celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy across the state.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the Bhagoria Utsav organized at Udaigarh in Alirajpur district. He said that this soil is known for preserving and beautifying the tribal culture. Recalling the courage, bravery and hard work of the public leaders of the state, he said that this heritage has given a special identity to Madhya Pradesh. The Chief Minister said that the dream of a developed and self-reliant India will be realized only when the participation of tribal brothers and sisters is ensured.

Farmers Welfare Alirajpur: Big announcements of irrigation and road development for farmers
The Chief Minister said that Alirajpur is blessed by Mother Narmada and Hathni River. Under the Farmers Welfare Year, the government is committed to providing irrigation water to every farm in the district. He said that the government is working seriously to bring happiness and prosperity in the lives of farmers and tribal brothers and sisters. On the demand of local public representatives, the Chief Minister announced to conduct a survey of 28 villages related to Narmada water. Along with this, 18 kilometer long new roads were also given to Udaigarh area, which will give impetus to traffic and development in the area.
