In the initial investigation the matter seems to be a love affair. The accused has been identified as Jagat Gujjar. The name of the injured person is Sachin, who was immediately taken to the hospital. At present his condition is out of danger.

Alwar SP Sudhir Chaudhary said that a girl had described Gujjar as a salesman. The accused did complete planning to carry out the crime. He first stole a bike from Kathumar area, so that the police could not reach him after the crime. After this he reached the spot and called Sachin to confirm that he was the same person. As soon as the identity was confirmed, he shot Sachin in the upper part of the chest.

The staff of Mala Kheda police station immediately reached the spot and admitted him to the hospital. His condition is now out of danger. As a precautionary measure, he has been referred to Jaipur. He has been shot in the shoulder. Prima facie it seems that the victim used to call the girl with whom the accused Jagat Gujjar was in a love affair. The girl called the accused. He stole a bike from Kathumar area with full planning so that he could not identify him and called the man to confirm whether he was the same person. He shot him in the upper chest from a short distance.
The accused was arrested within an hour of the incident
- SP Chaudhary said that a special team was formed under the leadership of Additional SP (Rural) Guru Dutt Saini to investigate the case. The team worked quickly and took the accused into custody within an hour of the incident.
