Director General of School Education Kanchan Verma has ordered all Basic Education Officers (BSA) to have a complaint to register complaints for children in all schools, hostels, JJ Homes and Child Protection Homes under the instructions of the National Child Rights Protection Commission. For this, a complaint will be put in every institution and the help of an NGO (NGO) can also be taken if needed.

On receiving any type of complaint, quick action will be taken and disciplinary action will be taken against those who violate the order.
