Speaking on this matter, Shilpa said that there are many producers in the TV industry who do not behave properly with the artistes. He said, ‘Producers of the TV industry work like mafia. They are white collar mafia. According to Shilpa, many times artists have to wait for their remuneration for months and when they raise their voice against it, there is a fear that their career will be affected.

Why can’t artists raise their voice?
Shilpa Shinde believes that many artists working in the industry are not able to bring their problems forward publicly because they are worried about getting work in the future.
