Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said that the youth of the country is India’s biggest strength. Protecting the dreams, hard work and future of the youth is the most important responsibility of the government. He said that the Central Government is continuously working towards creating such an education system in which every student gets equal opportunities and the entire process of examinations is fair, transparent and trustworthy.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has once again given a clear message that it is the priority of the government to provide such an examination system to every student of the country, on which the students and their parents can completely trust. For this, along with improving the education system, the examination process is also being made technically more secure.

Strict action will be taken on Paper Leak, examination system will be strengthened

CM Rekha Gupta said that incidents like paper leak play with the hard work and future of lakhs of students. Therefore, the government is not in favor of any kind of negligence or compromise in such matters. He said that strict legal action is being taken against those involved in paper leaks and examination irregularities so that such incidents are not repeated in future.

He said that the examination system is being made more secure, transparent and reliable through strong legal provisions and strict monitoring system. The aim of the government is that every student should progress on the basis of his hard work and his success should depend only on his ability.

Strict laws implemented through Public Examinations Act

The Chief Minister said that the Central Government has implemented the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 to ensure transparency in public examinations. The objective of this law is to effectively stop paper leaks, cheating in examinations, organized cheating and other irregularities. Under this, a provision for strict punishment and heavy fine has been made against the culprits, so that strict action can be taken against those who play with the future of the students. He said that the clear aim of the government is to create such an examination system in which honesty, transparency and accountability remain at the highest level and every student can get opportunities according to his hard work.
