A Silicon Valley millionaire left America due to family disputes. Despite having assets worth Rs 100 crore, he is now living in a village in India for mental peace. This story tells that money cannot guarantee peace of mind.
Money is not everything and even wealth worth crores cannot guarantee peace of mind. A post is going viral on social media which proves this very thing. Entrepreneur Vineet K. (Vineeth K) has shared the story of one of his college friends on X (previously Twitter), which is heart touching.
Vineet’s friend is a self-made dollar millionaire. He formed his own company in America’s Silicon Valley and achieved great success. He earned crores through his hard work, but two years ago a storm came in his life which shattered everything. Vineet writes that this is one of the saddest stories he has heard in his life.
His friend had married his college classmate. But conflicts with his wife and her family changed his life. The matter reached the court and he went into deep depression. Vineet told in his post that his friend’s wife and in-laws did not even allow him to meet their child.
Eventually, he bid goodbye to his luxurious life in America and returned to India. Today he has more than Rs 100 crore in his bank account, but he is living in a small village in India. He is now devoting his life to spiritual pursuits and shares videos on topics like peace of mind and survival. “These videos are not very deep, but when he speaks, the pain and struggle are clearly visible in his voice,” says Vineet.

Vineet further wrote that he has seen such incidents before also. These remind us that no matter how much money you earn, it cannot replace lost mental peace. As important as it is to protect your property, it is equally important to protect your peace of mind. Many people have commented on this post. Most people believe that peace of mind and happiness are more valuable than money.
