In Madhya Pradesh, four fast track courts will be set up in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior for cases of paper leaks and examination disputes, in which the decision will be taken within three months.
Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh government has made it clear that any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in matters related to students and teachers. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the state government is working with full seriousness and sensitivity to strengthen the education system and protect the interests of the students. Continuous reforms are being made in the education sector and new decisions are also being taken as per the need. The Chief Minister said that whenever Prime Minister Narendra Modi takes any major decision in the interest of the country, Madhya Pradesh remains among the leading states in implementing it and making policies accordingly.
Fast track courts will be built in four cities including Bhopal for paper leak cases.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav made a big announcement while talking to the media in the Central Hall of the Assembly on Saturday, July 25. He said that four fast track courts will be established in the state to ensure speedy justice in cases related to youth. These fast track courts will be built in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior. In these courts, hearing of paper leaks, irregularities in examination and other cases related to students will be done on priority basis. The government aims to decide all such cases within a maximum of three months, so that the future of the students is not affected for a long time.

PM Modi’s prompt action on NEET paper leak mentioned
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi always gives top priority to the interests of students. He said that as soon as the information about NEET paper leak came to light, the Central Government formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) without any delay. After this, a case was registered, the arrest of the accused was expedited across the country and after the entire process, the NEET exam was conducted again. The Chief Minister said that it shows the seriousness of the government that no compromise with the future of the students was accepted.
New SOP will be ready for future examinations
The Chief Minister said that the state government stands strongly with the students. In future, a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) will be prepared to conduct NEET and other competitive examinations with complete transparency and fairness. He said that all necessary precautionary measures will be taken to make the examination process safe, so that incidents like paper leak are not repeated in future.
Madhya Pradesh becomes the first state to implement National Education Policy
Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh has been the first state to implement the National Education Policy-2020. In the last two and a half years, the state government has also started three new government universities. He said that the state government is not limited to just development works, but is continuously taking decisions to improve the future of the youth and students. Important decisions related to education and employment will continue in the same manner in future also.
Number of medical colleges and seats increased during PM Modi’s tenure
The Chief Minister said that medical education in the country has expanded rapidly under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During his tenure, the number of medical colleges has more than doubled as compared to before. He said that earlier there were only 641 universities in the country, now their number has increased to more than 1400. Similarly, seats for medical education have also increased from about 50 thousand to more than one lakh. He said that due to this the youth are getting more opportunities than before in the field of higher education and medical education.
