If the film continues to progress at this pace, then in the coming days it will become the first Rs 100 crore nett earning film of Marathi cinema.

‘Sairat’ record broken after 9 years

‘Sairat’, released in 2016, had a net collection of Rs 90 crore and remained the highest grossing and biggest blockbuster of Marathi cinema for a long time. But now ‘Raja Shivaji’ has left that record behind and written a new history. Interestingly, many big Marathi films have come in the last several years, but none could reach the record of ‘Sairat’.
