Why does AC catch fire?
- Overheating: Due to continuous operation for 8-10 hours, the compressor becomes very hot, due to which there is a possibility of explosion.
- Voltage increase or decrease: If the AC is running without a stabilizer and the voltage is not uniform, fire can still occur.
- Short Circuit: Even if the AC is new and has old wiring, poor quality wires, short circuit can occur.
- Gas Leakage: Compressor fire also occurs due to refrigerant gas leakage in AC.
