Aiden Markram’s 30-over tragedy

In the match against PBKS, he gave away 32 runs in a single over, but this is not the most expensive over in IPL history. Surprisingly, there is also a bowler whose one over has given away more than 36 runs.
Unwanted record which cannot be erased
In the 2011 IPL edition, a bowler conceded 37 runs in a single over. Usually, if all the balls in an over are valid and six sixes are hit, 36 runs are scored. However, the record-breaking over we’re talking about yielded 37 runs. Interestingly, not even 6-sixes were hit in this over, and Yuvraj Singh’s record remained intact.
Who was the batter?
Back then there was only one ruthless batter who could achieve this feat and that was “Universe Boss,” Chris Gayle.
