Soak before eating- Ayurveda says to soak mango for 2 to 3 hours before eating it. In this way, it contains less phytic acid (anti-nutrient), which prevents the absorption of iron, zinc and calcium. Actually, this reduces the heat effect of mango and you are able to avoid pimples, skin problems, and stomach problems.
Eat mango alone- Some people eat mango with food, whereas we should not make such a mistake even by mistake. It is said that eating mango with lunch or dinner can cause fermentation in the stomach. Due to this you may have pimples, bloating and digestive problems. If you want, you can eat this sweet fruit one hour before or 2 to 3 hours after eating.
With basil seeds- To reduce the effect of mango naturally, you can eat basil seeds along with it. Basil seeds have cooling effect and also protect us from stomach problems. These seeds contain a lot of fiber and they also reduce the problem of bile.
How to avoid sugar spike- If you are alert about diabetes then only then you can eat mango. Sugar patients should eat it in small quantities. Apart from this, take it with healthy fats like almonds. Diabetic patients should eat it during the day. Such people should avoid eating it on an empty stomach or before sleeping at night.
Is it right to eat mango after cutting it? If you are accustomed to extracting mango juice or drinking mango shake, then leave this habit now. Eating juice after extracting it damages its fiber. It is said that due to this, sugar increases rapidly and there is also complaint of weight gain. Because you also drink more quantity of milk in mango shake.
