When is Ganga Saptami 2026?
According to the Panchang, Saptami Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Vaishakh month will start from 10.49 pm on Wednesday, April 22, which will continue till 08.49 pm the next day i.e. Thursday, April 23. Since the sunrise of Saptami Tithi will be on 23rd April, the festival of Ganga Saptami will be celebrated on this day. On this day, three auspicious yogas named Sarvarthasiddhi, Guru Pushya, and Amritsiddhi will also be formed, which will further increase the importance of this festival.

Install a picture or statue of Goddess Ganga on a wooden plank in a clean place in the house. Apply tilak on the forehead of the goddess with kumkum. Garland flowers. After this, light a lamp of pure ghee.
