Increase for the 7th consecutive time
The price of commercial LPG cylinder i.e. 19 kg cylinder has seen an increase for the 7th consecutive time in 6 months in the country’s capital Delhi. If we look at the figures, there has been an increase of Rs 42 in the price of 19 kg cylinder in Delhi in the month of June. After which the price has become Rs 3,113.50. Whereas in Kolkata, an increase of Rs 53.50 was seen in the price of 19 kg LPG. After which the price here has become Rs 3,255.50 per gas cylinder. The special thing is that in these 6 months, the price of commercial gas cylinder has seen an increase of Rs 1,533 i.e. 97 percent in Delhi. Which has never been seen before.

No change in the price of domestic gas cylinder
According to ANI’s post on X, domestic gas cylinder holders have got a big relief. According to the report, there has been no change in the prices of domestic gas cylinders. Due to which the price of domestic LPG in the country’s capital Delhi is Rs 913, in Kolkata it is Rs 939, in Mumbai it is Rs 912.50 and in Chennai it is Rs 928.50. The prices of domestic gas cylinders were last changed on March 7. Then the price of domestic gas cylinder in the country had increased by Rs 60.
Even small cylinders become expensive
On the other hand, there has been an increase in the prices of small cylinders i.e. 5 kg cylinders. According to ANI’s post on X, the price of Chhotu cylinder has increased by Rs 11 in Delhi. After which the price of small cylinder i.e. free trade LPG here has become Rs 821.50. These prices have come into effect from June 1 i.e. today.
