Today’s weather 12 July 2026: Amidst the continuously changing weather, rain is going to continue in many states of the country on July 12. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain in most parts of Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Gujarat. There are also chances of rain with thunder at many places. Although there is no major warning alert for July 12 in most cities, people have been advised to remain alert amid the changing weather.
Clouds linger in Delhi-NCR, light rain will provide relief
The maximum temperature in Delhi on July 12 is expected to be 37 and minimum 27 degrees Celsius. The sky will remain cloudy throughout the day. The maximum temperature in Noida will also be around 35 degrees and there are chances of light rain with partly cloudy sky. Delhi-NCR will remain cloudy for the next two-three days and the temperature is likely to remain between 36 to 37 degrees.
Signs of rain in many cities of Uttar Pradesh
Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Meerut, Agra and Noida may have cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers on July 12. The maximum temperature in Agra and Meerut is expected to be around 34 to 35 degrees, while in Lucknow and Kanpur it is expected to be around 32 to 33 degrees. Even after this, the weather will remain like this for the next few days.
Rain continues in Bihar and Jharkhand
There is a possibility of light to moderate rain in Patna, Chhapra, Arrah and Buxar on July 12. The maximum temperature can remain between 31 to 35 degrees. Ranchi, Dhanbad, Giridih, Dumka and Daltonganj of Jharkhand will also remain cloudy. There may be rain with thunder in many areas. The temperature is expected to be around 29 degrees in Ranchi and 34 degrees in Dhanbad.
Weather will change in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan also
There is a possibility of rain and thundershowers in Bhopal, Indore and Ujjain on July 12. The maximum temperature in these cities will be around 32 to 33 degrees. There are chances of light rain or drizzle in Jaipur and Udaipur of Rajasthan, while it may remain cloudy with heat in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. The maximum temperature in Jaisalmer can reach 40 degrees.
Monsoon will remain active in Maharashtra and Gujarat
Light to moderate rain is likely to continue in Pune and Navi Mumbai on July 12. The temperature will be between 27 to 29 degrees. At the same time, it is expected to be cloudy with light rain in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara and Surat of Gujarat. The maximum temperature in these cities is likely to be between 31 to 35 degrees.
