Veteran actress Zeenat Aman has shared glimpses of her visit to Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, where she is currently shooting for an upcoming project whose details she has chosen to keep under wraps.
The actress took to Instagram on Thursday to post a series of photographs capturing the city’s distinctive architecture, scenic views and golden sandstone structures. Alongside the pictures, she reflected on the experience of filming in the historic city and the memories she has made between takes.
“Jaisalmer is quite something. I’ve been spending some time here, filming a project I’m not at liberty to talk about just yet,” she wrote, describing the shoot as challenging for everyone involved.
Aman said that after years of working on film sets, she had come to value not only the scenes themselves but also the places, natural light and quiet moments surrounding a shoot.
She expressed admiration for Jaisalmer’s golden sandstone, gardens and the distinctive tranquillity of Rajasthan, adding that she felt the experience would stay with her for a long time. The actress said she would share more about the project when permitted, leaving its details a secret for now.
In an earlier Instagram post, Aman had also spoken about her evolving fashion preferences. The actress, once known for her glamorous looks featuring mini skirts, halter tops and stilettos, said she now gravitates towards more demure outfits.
Sharing photographs from a recent photoshoot, she joked that her changing style had encouraged her stylists to become more creative. She also bid farewell to plunging necklines, sleeveless tops, shorter hemlines and uncomfortable high heels.
