Note this method to avoid biometric scam
If you also want to lock your biometric data, then for this you will have to go to the official site of UIDAI https://uidai.gov.in/hi/.
After visiting the official site, you will have to go to the Aadhaar Services section in the My Aadhaar section on the homepage of the site. In the Aadhaar service section, you will see the lock/unlock biometric option. When you do not need biometric authentication, then you can lock your biometric data with the help of this option.
The thing to note is that if needed, with the help of this option you will also be able to unlock biometric data. If biometric data remains unlocked, there is always a risk of the account becoming vacant even without sharing the OTP.
