– Curd- 1/4 cup
– Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
– Baking powder- 1 tsp
Sugar-half teaspoon (optional)
– Oil- 2 spoons
– Lukewarm water- for kneading the dough
– Salt- as per taste
– Finely chopped garlic- 2-3 teaspoons

How to make Garlic Naan
First of all, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar in a big vessel and mix well. Once everything is mixed well, add curd and oil to it.
