Mango is a fruit whose taste makes people crazy and it is also rich in nutrients. While things like chutney, mango panna and pickles are made from raw mangoes, people are ready to eat ripe mangoes at any time. Mangoes in the market are cooked by applying chemicals. Due to this, it can sometimes be harmful because most of the standards are not followed. If raw mangoes come to the house and nothing is done with them, then there is a fear of them getting spoiled. You can also cook them without chemicals.
Naturally ripened mango tastes exactly like tree-ripened mango. Mangoes cooked organically are rich in nutrients and do not harm health. In this article, we will know about 5 such methods which have been adopted since ancient times to cook mango.
put with other fruits
If you have raw mangoes and want to cook them naturally then a very simple way is to put all the mangoes in a box and then put a ripe banana or a ripe apple in it. Due to this the mangoes start ripening faster. For this, just keep in mind that some dry grass, straw or paper should be kept along with it. Instead of sealing the box completely, close it lightly and keep it in a warm place in the room, that is, things like AC-cooler should not be running there.
use straw
If you want to cook raw mangoes without chemicals then use straw. Even today people use this method in villages. For this you can either use a wooden box or choose a room where there is not much traffic and it remains dark. First of all you have to spread straw and then place each mango on it at a small distance so that they do not touch each other. Apply a thick layer of straw in between and on top of these mangoes. This generates heat and the mangoes ripen slowly.

press mango into cereal
The easiest way to cook mangoes and many other fruits at home is to press the fruits and keep them in the same place where you store the collected grains. You can place mangoes in wheat or rice containers. Actually the temperature inside is hot and the mangoes are ready to ripen in 2 to 4 days.
Use jute sacks
If you have jute sacks in your house then you can use them for cooking mangoes. For this, first wrap each raw mango in newspaper or any paper and then fill it in jute sacks and tie its mouth tightly with a string. Keep it in a completely dry place at room temperature. With this also you get cooked naturally.
