The matter is of Said Nangli police station of Amroha. According to the information, brother of Pushpendra Singh, living in village Pansuka Milak of Hasanpur police station area, had a fight with someone on October 14. According to Pushpendra, the police arrested his brother late in the evening in this case. At night his brother felt thirsty and asked for water from the police, but instead of water the police gave him acid. His brother’s condition worsened due to drinking acid.
Doctor gave information about giving acid
After this, the police took him to the hospital, where his condition remains critical. At present the doctors have admitted him to the ICU and started treatment. According to Pushpendra, after being admitted to the hospital, the police informed him. On receiving this information, he reached the hospital and after talking to the doctors, he came to know that his brother had been given acid. Since the situation was continuously worsening at that time, he was immediately taken to a big hospital for better treatment.
Officers are avoiding giving statements
On getting information about the incident, a large number of people reached the office of CO Hasanpur and lodged a complaint. After this complaint, CO Hasanpur has assured to investigate the matter. However, at present no officer is avoiding giving any statement in the media regarding this incident.
