Farmers became furious due to non-availability of fertilizer in Mahoba district. Farmers tried to steal DAP fertilizer by breaking the lock of the cooperative society. Even veiled women were involved in this robbery. Its video is also going viral.
The farmers of Mahoba district are waiting for fertilizer to sow their crops, but due to not getting the fertilizer on time, the farmer has started getting angry. On Thursday, farmers tried to loot fertilizer by forcibly breaking the lock of the cooperative society in Purba Sadhan Cooperative Society, Mahoba and also created a ruckus. On receiving information about the farmers breaking the lock, police and administration officials reached the spot and tried to pacify the farmers.

Fertilizer distribution to the farmers was started by forming a line under the supervision of the police. Farmers say that their fields are being ruined. They are not getting fertilizer. 300 bags of fertilizer given to every cooperative society
Let us tell you that 300 bags of fertilizer have been given to each cooperative society, while thousands of farmers are standing in line for fertilizer in the cooperative society. Perhaps this is the reason why farmers have now started getting angry. Not only in one committee, but such cases are coming to light at many places in the district, where even fighting and road blocking has taken place, because at this time farmers are struggling for DAP fertilizer.
Secretary of Purba Cooperative Society, Lakshmi told that today we were at home, when in the morning the farmers broke the lock of her society and took out the sacks of fertilizer. Now, how many sacks have been reduced will be known only after counting. We have informed our departmental officers about this matter.
