A heartbreaking case has come to light from Bhajanpura area of North East Delhi. In Bhajanpura, a woman was beaten badly by her own husband and elder brother. Not only this, he attacked the woman’s face in many places. After the attack, he escaped from the spot. As soon as the police came to know about this incident, she reached the spot. The injured woman was admitted to the hospital. About 250 stitches were placed to the woman during treatment. The victim’s name is Shabnam Loni. The police is investigating by registering a case on his complaint.
The victim Shabnam Loni is originally from Mustafabad area of UP. She lives near the Sitara Mosque here with her maternal side. According to the information, the woman had a fight with her husband, after which she was living with the people of her maternal side. On 4 April last, her husband Najbul Hasan alias Jeam called her to Mohanpuri Noor Elahi area of Delhi.
Husband attacked his wife in association with brother
The victim went there. The accused came there with his elder brother Kamarul Hasan. The accused first entangled the woman in her words and took her to the roof, where she along with her elder brother attacked the woman with a sharp weapon. However, the woman somehow saved her life. Then the police was called after giving information. After this, the victim was rushed to the hospital. He was first admitted to Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital at Shastri Park. Then when the condition became critical, he was referred to Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital Dilshad Garden.
Police are looking for accused
During treatment, the woman was stitched in cheeks, foreheads and ear. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the accused under sections of assault and attack from deadly hatters. At present, the police is investigating the case and searching for the accused.
