Even though the Election Commission has not yet made any announcement regarding the Delhi Assembly elections, all the political parties have already started making election announcements. Every politician wants to win Delhi at any cost. BJP MP Ramveer Singh Bidhuri has already said that if BJP comes to power in Delhi, the Aam Aadmi Party government’s facilities of free electricity, water and bus travel for women will be continued. Now Congress is also not behind in this, Congress State President Devendra Yadav has also made a big election announcement, he said that as soon as Congress comes to power, it will give 400 units of free electricity to the people of Delhi.
State Congress President Devendra Yadav has made a promise to the people of Delhi before the elections. He said that as soon as the Congress government is formed, 400 units of electricity will be provided free every month. Till now AAP provides 200 units of free electricity to the people of Delhi. Yadav said that the Congress government will also stop the open looting of consumers by power companies.
Congress targets Kejriwal
During the Nyaya Yatra, Devendra Yadav, while targeting the Aam Aadmi Party, said that Kejriwal has only made excuses in running the schemes, sometimes blaming the Lieutenant Governor and sometimes others for his failure.
He further said that when Kejriwal was not in power in Delhi, he had promised to make it like London and Paris, but till date nothing has been done. Today, there are heaps of garbage everywhere in the entire capital Delhi. Due to which the life of common people has become difficult.
BJP has already announced freebies
South Delhi BJP MP Ramveer Singh Bidhuri said in a press conference that after the BJP’s victory in the assembly elections in February, facilities like 200 units of electricity, 20,000 liters of water and free bus travel for women will continue. Along with this, a decision will also be taken to implement Ayushman Bharat Health Scheme in Delhi in the first cabinet meeting of the BJP government.
