Before the by-elections in Madhya Pradesh, there was a dispute between senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh and Kartikeya, son of Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. What happened was that Shivraj’s son Kartikeya was addressing a public meeting in Budhni. During this, he warned that if BJP wins from here then this area will have to pay a heavy price.
This statement of Karthikeya became very viral on social media. After this statement of Karthikeya, senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh said that he should learn from his father Shivraj Singh Chauhan. He should avoid such comments. Digvijay Singh’s statement displeased Kartikeya. While attacking, he targeted the Congress leader.
MP was ruined under Digvijay Singh’s rule – Karthikeya
Shivraj Singh’s son Karkikey said that I respect Digvijay Singh. He has been the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh twice. He only works to spread fear. The people of Budhni are afraid of Congress rule, when Madhya Pradesh was ruined.
Karthikeya further said that we wanted to learn from him, but he did not do any meaningful work from 1993 to 2003 when he was the Chief Minister. After Shivraj Singh Chauhan became MP, he resigned from the post of Budhni MLA. After this this seat became vacant. Therefore, by-election is being held on this seat. Voting will take place on 13th November and results will be declared on 23rd.
