To make Dal Bhari Puri, first soak chana dal for 2-3 hours and boil it lightly. After this, drain the water from the lentils, add fennel, cumin, ginger, asafoetida, red chilli, coriander powder and salt and fry. Now make a ball of wheat flour, fill the prepared lentil stuffing in it and roll it gently. Fry in hot oil until golden. Crispy outside and spicy lentil puri from inside, it tastes very tasty.
