The final launch of Maruti’s first electric car E-Vitara is going to be held this month. While the company has revealed it in the month of January at the Auto Expo. At the same time, on 3 April i.e. April 3, Skoda is also going to showcase its new car on its YouTube channel, while its final launch in India is likely to be in September. After all, why do companies launch the same car in different phases?
In different phases of companies, you can understand the story of reviving the car features, then unveiling it and launching the price at the end by the mathematics of the real estate world.
Real estate learned marketing skills
A few years ago, when the law like RERA did not come, then there was a unique style of marketing in the real estate world. At that time, real estate companies used to launch one project earlier and it was fiercely marketed. Even pre-launch offers were made.
Real estate companies also benefited from this. As soon as real estate companies launched the project, it used to get bumper booking. Even a large cost booking of the projects of companies was completed from the amount. Now some such car happens in the marketing of companies.
When 50,000 cars booked in 2 hours
In recent years, similar marketing strategy was first seen adopting Mahindra & Mahindra. When Mahindra & Mahindra introduced the Mahindra XUV700 in 2021, the company began to reveal one feature of the car several months ago. The company revealed features like flush door handle to sleep detection and automatic headlight (matrix light) one by one. While the booking started in October 2021.
The benefit of this strategy of the company was seen when the booking started. As soon as the booking of Mahindra XUV 700 started, 25,000 units were booked in less than one hour, while in less than 2 hours this number reached 50,000 units. But customers had to lose its loss in the form of long waiting for delivery of the car and many people were delivered after 6 months.
In the delivery of projects of real estate companies, the same was seen at that time. In view of the problems in the delivery of the projects, the government enacted a law like RERA.
