Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) [भारत]June 19 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday announced that a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to investigate the matter raised by the trust. He has appealed to all Ram devotees and political parties to refrain from making “baseless comments” until the investigation is completed.

- Talking on this issue, the Chief Minister said that the state government, acting on the request of the Trust, has ordered a SIT investigation. He assured that the investigation would “turn milk of milk and water of water” and urged that if anyone has any documentary evidence, they should hand it over to the SIT.
- Yogi in Ayodhya said, “This is my appeal to all Ram devotees: On the request of the Trust, we have ordered a Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigation. I can assure you that the SIT investigation will turn milk into milk and water into water. I request everyone and all parties involved to refrain from making baseless comments or statements that hurt the sentiments of Ram devotees. If anyone has any documentary evidence, So they please hand him over to the SIT.”
SIT investigation started, now there will be a big revelation?
- Let us tell you that on June 14, on the request of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Trust, the Uttar Pradesh government had formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) of three members to investigate the alleged scam related to offerings in the Ram temple.
- This SIT includes Lucknow Divisional Commissioner Vijay Vishwas Pant (IAS), IG (Range) Kiran S (IPS) and Special Secretary, Finance Department Neel Ratan. The committee has been instructed to submit its preliminary and final reports as soon as possible.
- Adityanath appealed to everyone to avoid statements that could hurt the sentiments of Ram devotees or influence the investigation. He said that once the SIT submits its report, any party will get a proper basis to present its point.

- CM Yogi further said, Lord Ram has taught us to follow the path of dignity and religion. We should maintain that dignity. We waited 500 years; Now wait for 15 more days. Do not be misled by those who want to defame Ayodhya and insult the Ram Janmabhoomi temple.
- These people never wanted Ayodhya to be recognized, nor did they want it to be respected. Today, through misinformation campaigns, they are trying to insult Ayodhya Dham, the most prominent place in our holy pilgrimage city. They spread false propaganda. His conduct is in front of all of you.
- These are the same people who opened fire on Ram devotees. Like he lathicharged people for ever chanting Ram’s name, raised questions on the existence of Lord Ram, and created every possible hindrance by deploying lawyers in the court to hamper the process. These people should stop preaching to others. A SIT has been formed, and the truth will come out.
- CM Yogi said- I appeal to everyone not to give statements till the SIT report is released, because such comments can affect the investigation. Let the investigation proceed. After the investigation, if any party has something to say, the SIT process will provide a proper basis for it. But do not try to assassinate anyone’s character unnecessarily, and do not try to defame Ayodhya Dham without any reason.”
The thief of temple offerings will not be spared
- Adityanath made it clear that if anyone was found guilty, “no matter who he is”, he would not be spared.
- He said, “If anyone is guilty, whoever he is, he will not be spared – that is for sure. What can these people teach us, who treated Ram devotees like this?”
