Who is Vikram Kumar?
Vikram Kumar, who hails from Gaya, Bihar, has been earning his livelihood in Jhargram for the last 12 years. Starting with small stalls, he set up a 77 feet stall – “Chavan Lal Special Jhalmuri (Bihari Babu)” near Raj College turn. His hard work and struggle has now suddenly come into focus across the country.
