Verify phone number from UIDAI site
You can verify the registered mobile number from the website of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the regulatory body of Aadhar card. If your email ID is linked to Aadhaar, then it will also be verified from here. Follow this process to verify the Aadhaar registered phone number.
- Go to the official website of UIDAI.
- Select Verify Email/Mobile Number in the Aadhaar Services section.
- Here you will get options to verify mobile number and email address.
- By default the option to verify mobile number will be set.
- Here you have to enter your Aadhar number and mobile number.
- After entering the captcha code, tap on Send OTP.
- If your mobile number is already verified then a popup will open.
- If not then it will tell that your mobile number is not present in the records.
Identification will be done through mAadhaar App
You can also identify the registered mobile number of Aadhaar card through UIDAI’s mAadhaar App.
- Download mAadhaar App in your phone and open it.
- Complete the registration process on this app.
- Now go to Check Aadhaar Validity option.
- After this enter the Aadhaar number, enter the captcha code and submit.
If the mobile number is registered with your Aadhaar number, its last 3 digits will appear. By looking at the last 3 numbers you will be able to identify which number is linked to Aadhaar. If the mobile number is not registered on Aadhaar then nothing will appear in the result.
