The toss of the fifth and final T20 match between India and England was delayed. Team India could not reach on time for this stadium which is going to be held at the Utility Bowl Stadium in Southampton and due to this there was a traffic jam in Southampton. According to the information, the Indian team remained stuck in this traffic jam for a long time, due to which it could not reach the stadium on time. In such a situation, the toss, which was to be held at exactly 6:30 pm (Indian time), had to be postponed and due to this, the start of the match was also delayed by half an hour.

Due to this the start of the match was also delayed. The match officials postponed the toss by 45 minutes to 7.15 pm and then fixed the start of the match at 7.30 pm.
