The trailer of the year’s most talked about mythological film ‘Ramayanam: Part 1’, made under the direction of Nitish Tiwari, is finally going to be released with a new release date. The trailer, which was earlier scheduled to be released on social media on July 24, was suddenly postponed, leaving fans disappointed. Now producer Namit Malhotra has made an official announcement and announced the new date and time of the trailer release of the film. The audience was continuously demanding the release of the trailer. In such a situation, when its release date and time arrived, their excitement was at its peak.
When and what time will the trailer of ‘Ramayanam’ come?
Producer Namit Malhotra made the announcement on Instagram and wrote, “In the auspicious Brahma Muhurta, we welcome a new beginning with the trailer of ‘Ramayanam’. The trailer will be released worldwide on 30 July 2026, Thursday at 4:15 am (IST).” He also shared only ‘Om’ emoji with the post.

Why was Ramayanam trailer postponed earlier?
The trailer of ‘Ramayanam’ was earlier to be released on July 24. However, the makers postponed the global launch for some time after its special screening at San Diego Comic-Con. Namit Malhotra had said, “Today is a very special day for our ‘Ramayanam’. My dream of taking Ramayanam to the world has now come true through our partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment. That is why we will now launch the trailer globally at a later date.”
Trailer leaked before release?
‘Ramayanam’ trailer reportedly leaked twice on social media platform X. After this, fans were continuously demanding from the makers to release the official trailer soon. Now with the arrival of the new date, the wait of the audience is about to end. In the film, Ranbir Kapoor is playing the role of Lord Shri Ram, Sai Pallavi Mata Sita, Yash Ravana, Ravi Dubey Laxman and Sunny Deol are playing the role of Lord Hanuman. Apart from this, Arun Govil, Lara Dutta, Vivek Oberoi, Rakul Preet Singh, Kunal Kapoor, Kajal Aggarwal and Sheeba Chaddha will also be seen in important roles.

When will ‘Ramayanam: Part 1’ be released?
This film, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, will be released in two parts. The first part will be released in theaters on Diwali 2026, while ‘Ramayana: Part 2’ is planned to be released on Diwali 2027. If media reports are to be believed, both the parts have been constructed at a cost of approximately Rs 4000 crore.
