Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the census is starting in the state from April 16. This is not just a process of statistics but an important step to give the right direction to the future of our nation. Census is the backbone of the country, it is the foundation of development. This time the census is being conducted with digital and modern technology. The people of the state should participate in it with full devotion and truthfulness. This census is for the bright future of our children.

Online self-counting will be done in the state from 16th to 30th April. House listing will take place from 1st to 30th May. This process will happen digitally. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed these views in a program organized at Samatva Bhawan of the Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion of the inauguration of the process of Census 2027 in the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav started the self-enumeration process in the state by doing preliminary registration on the self-enumeration portal se.census.gov.in.
