Broadcast Lists feature is available in the app for the convenience of the users. This feature allows you to send messages to 256 people at once without creating a group. To create a new broadcast list, open the app and then tap the three dots on the right side. After this you will see New Broadcast feature, click on this feature.

After tapping on New Broadcast, you will have to select the contacts you want to add to the list. Note that you can add a maximum of 256 contacts in one list. After adding the members, you can name the broadcast list anything as per your choice. After creating the broadcast list, you just have to add the message in this list which you want to send to everyone simultaneously.

This is a feature in which you can add your contacts to whom you want to send messages simultaneously. When you send a message to this list, the message reaches everyone in the list simultaneously. Note that this is not a group, everyone will think that you have sent the message only to them.
