A shocking incident has come to light from Betul in Madhya Pradesh. The owner of a shopping mall here has filed a case against his employee. Alleged that the employee vandalized his mall. Broke 11 LED TVs and 71 refrigerators, worth Rs 18 lakh. This action of the employee has also been captured in the CCTV camera. When the reason for doing this came to light, everyone was stunned.
The matter is of Gupta Mall located in Ganj area of Betul city. In the CCTV footage, a person was seen entering the mall. First the person went to the electronics section of the mall. After this, he started breaking the LED TV installed for display with the thick steel bracelet worn in his hand. He broke 11 LED TVs one after the other in a moment. After this the young man entered the refrigerator section and did the same thing here as he had done in the LED section. He dented 71 refrigerators one after the other and then left from there.
The employee was angry due to salary not increasing
When other salesmen of the mall went to the electronics section to show goods to a customer, they were shocked to see the refrigerator and LED TV damaged. After this, when the mall operator looked on CCTV, the ground slipped beneath his feet. The accused employee had damaged goods worth more than Rs 18 lakh.
The manager of Gupta Mall said, ‘This employee was working with us for a long time. He has done all this after returning from leave. We have complained to the police in this matter. It is being told that the name of this employee is Kamal Pawar. Before Diwali, Kamal had asked the mall operator to increase his salary, but the operator had refused.
Mall operator lodged FIR
Frustrated with the salary not increasing, Kamal Pawar took leave for 3 days. After returning from leave, he returned not with the intention of working but to slap his boss. To vent his anger, Kamal Pawar slapped the mall operator so hard. The mall operator complained about this to the police.
The police registered an FIR against Kamal Pawar and arrested him, but the family members of the accused cited him as having mental illness. For this reason he has got bail. Now the mall operators are worried as to how to sell these damaged electronic items. Kotwali police station in-charge Ravikant Daheria said, ‘The employee in the mall has vandalized the shop. A case has been registered against the accused on the complaint of the mall owner. CCTV video of vandalism has also surfaced.
